Men are confident about their leadership skills, and while they are just confident, women do use all their skills, becoming much better bosses than men. Like many others, I used to believe women were weak so I felt like an outsider when I got my senior management position 2 years ago.
Now I am realizing any woman from any part of the world is able to land her dream job and become a successful leader. The issue is, most women underestimate themselves. No offense, guys, but women make better leaders and here is why:
